Conserves Fossil Fuels

Seeing the quality of our air over most major cities tells us that we have a serious problem. Reducing the amount of time that cars idle can significantly reduce pollution. The first step, reduce the amount of time spent in traffic! Message boards could prevent huge traffic jams where untold numbers of automobiles, trucks and buses burn unnecessary fuel while idling their engines. In this way, TLMS could significantly reduce pollution and decrease our dependency on fossil fuel.
